I created this blog to help others eat a less ultra-processed diet in a way that is realistic and affordable. Because let’s be honest, modern food advice can feel confusing, expensive, and impossible to follow; One person says make everything from scratch, another says never eat certain ingredients and yet another offers the completely opposite advice.
My credibility lies in nearly 2 decades of work as a chef, a lifelong passion for food, studying nutrition, a love of growing food and being an avid reader of the latest developments in the world of ultra processed food.
On this blog I hope to share some great UPF-free recipes, advice, supermarket swaps and maybe even encourage you to start a small herb garden!
